  二）柴灣Porch Coffee @Harley-Davidson香港陳列室喝咖啡除了講求地點環境外，氣氛也十分重要。石屋固然充滿本土懷舊風情，但享受咖啡的時光也可以非常型格，可到柴灣新開約兩個月的Porch Coffee。Porch Coffee位處著名電單車品牌Harley Davidson HK店的一樓角落，沖煮咖啡的角落顯眼，繞過幾部超級有型的陳列電單車後便是，光顧時可以跟咖啡師兼日籍店主Yoshikazu Hosokawa（暱稱Yoshi San或Bean San）邊聊啡經邊呷啡，另設小圓桌和高椅地帶，十分舒服和有空間感。顧客更可在歎啡時幻想自己高速風馳的有型樣，別有感受。Yoshi San對咖啡豆的要求非常高，店內的豆子都是自己烘焙，店子有提供各式咖啡。我品嘗了他的夏威夷Kona咖啡，整體表現平衡，但我個人口味會更喜歡略低的烘焙度，Yoshi San也說將來也許會稍稍降低烘焙度，以保留咖啡的優雅風味。朋友在我光顧之前曾品嘗過Porch的印尼豆，覺得極有驚喜，可惜光顧當日我已經品啡太多，未能再試，有機會下次定必嘗試一下！不知道是否Yoshi San在美國生活多年的緣故，他的沖煮咖啡方法比較美式，跟他談啡你會感受到他對咖啡文化的熱愛。 Porch Coffee位於Harley Davidson陳列室的一隅，舒服型格 爽朗的Yoshi San是Porch Coffee的主理人，對咖啡充滿熱誠，跟他談啡聊天特別愉快  在Porch Coffee喝咖啡，一邊欣賞內外兼備的電單車，讓咖啡味道在味蕾上風馳，感覺一流地址：柴灣寧富街3號誠興大廈1樓 下頁續：柴灣Porch Coffee $40攻陷心齋橋商圈！自訂旅遊書教你大阪掃貨攻略！ 【$200有找】教你淡季外遊平住熱門酒店！即刻嚟呢度！ 兩家咖啡店 － 愛懷舊 / 超型格＠rebeccaleung
